Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she spent 15 MINUTES LECTURING AND COMPLAINING about how it was my own fault. She then "couldn't figure out" how to refund my card to get me my $20 back. I will NEVER go back so I never had to interact with this woman again. My father has been going to Stanley cleaners for 30 years and as also found this woman to be extremely rude and lecturing. Extremely unhappy loss of a long time customer.
I am so disappointed with my service (or lack there of) at Stanley Cleaners recently. The new woman who works there is AWFUL. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I brought in suede flats to be cleaned and she had no idea how much it was going to be, or how long it would take for me to get them cleaned. I left them there with a $20 deposit and her word to call me back in the next few days with a price. A week and a half later and no call. I went to pick them back up and take the shoes elsewhere and when I arrived she informed me the shoes were not there and had been shipped to their facility in Westfield without my permission. These are 3 pairs of expensive Tory Burch flats that are now unaccounted for...
Friendly staff and shirts and pants cleaned well.
