We just moved and we used Longo Carpet Cleaning and Restoration to service our new home's carpets. I personally loved the time that they took to educate me on why I was seeing some peculiar soiling towards my walls and their plan of action. The technician was very friendly and I could tell that he cared about his work.
The day before our family "Christmas" gathering with 26 people arriving, our plumbing went out. Longo saved the day, and on short notice! They sucked out the system enough to get us through the party. They saved our Christmas! Wonderful responsiveness and incredible service.
Great company.. I go through through Longo anytime i need ANY sort of cleaning done....By far THE BEST in the West Springfield and and Agawam area and they travel all over CT and New York. Very nice organized vehicles, Very nicely dressed, polite employees that are trained exceptionally well. The boss, Chris Longo actually pays for and sends all of his guys to become certified in their area of expertise whether they are his Carpet and Upholstery guys or his NADCA Certified Duct Cleaners or both. Longo actually has a very nice garage and only uses top of the line equipment. I HIGHLY SUGGEST USING LONGO!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!!!
