Company does not stand behind their product. I was denied a warranty claim for a mattress that had a defect and was only 6 months old. Their excuse was that I didn't have 1x4 supports under the box spring. I actually have 2x6 supports which are stronger however they denied my claim. Even the inspector they sent to my house from "Bed Check" agreed that there was more than enough support and laughed as he said "it's all up to them my friend".
