This place is open to the public and is a hidden gem. I found food grade containers here that were less expensive than I found them for online. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
As a homeowner looking for quality kitchen ware at bulk prices, I was disappointed. While there had a large selection of items, they didn't really have different types or brand of those items. The prices were pretty high for some of the things and pretty cheap for other things. I wouldn't let that discourage anyone from checking it out but it might be a waste of time if you don't own a restaurant.
This my go-to place for kitchen equipment. Professional cookware at very reasonable prices - there is no reason to go to Kohls or Walmart to buy low-quality cookware branded with some TV Chef's name when you can buy the same stuff the real pros use at lower prices.
