I went here to get my MA state inspection. The employees were extremely helpful and reasonable. It was pouring outside and they took care of me in. Timely manner. Would 100% recommend.
Drove 2 hours to go to six flags of new england. About 15 minutes from the park i picked up a bolt the size of a intake manifold or exhaust manifold bolt in my tire. Went on google and found parottas was only a couple miles up the road from 6 flags. Pulled up and they seemed really busy so i didnt have the best hopes of getting out of there quick, but to my surprise after explaining my situation and also having my wife and 2 daughters with me, the tech i spoke to dropped what he was doing to get me out of there and on our way to have fun as quickly as possible. All the workers there were very nice, pleasent, and professional. They had me out of there in [ my best guess] a little less then 20 minutes and were very fair with their price. If im ever in a emergency situation in the agawam, springfield mass area, they will be the first place i go. And just for a side note ive been in the auto industry professionally for just shy of 20 years so i recognize a good honest respectable shop right away. And this is why i give them 5 stars.
Service was awesome, had to wait a little bit but there was a line. Would definitely come here again.
