Services only done for private patients. Very rude receptionist!! Won't let me do no stars.
I always get great service, and I have taken my dogs there since I moved to Agawam. It can be hard to get an appointment, which just tells me that they're great, because they're busy.
Great vet, a little pricey.

So far, very pleasant and easy to work with. Friendly staff and they have been very helpful with our cat and new dog in providing feedback and help. Nice people and very convenient appointments. Discounted medication compared to other places. Also, they had some other discounts on shot appointments if prepaid. Would definitely recommend them.
