We used Michael's as our transportation company of choice for about 25 people. From the beginning, Michael's worked with us to ensure that our day went according to plan. The driver was excellent. She was courteous, professional and above all ensured that all of our needs were accommodated. We had such a great time and a large part of that was due to the reassurance that we were in safe hands. I will absolutely be planning another event and Michael's will be my transportation company of choice.
Used this service twice for transportation to and from cruise ship in Boston. Cannot say enough nice things about professionalism, price, punctuality, and just down right great customer service. I use Michael's for roundtrip transportation to and from both Bradley International Airport and Logan in Boston. The drivers always arrive on time (most often early) to my home and are always there waiting for me at the airport then I leave the terminal. The vehicles are kept in great shape and are very clean. The drives are always pleasant and comfortable, and the drivers have always been friendly. Its great to know that with a phone call to Michael's, I have one less thing to worry about when traveling.
Just went on a bus trip yesterday and we used their services. And I have to say to anyone out there looking to rent from this company DON'T. We had the worst experience ever. The bathroom was disgusting and had the worst stench ever. The driver was super obnoxious and annoying. He needed to be guided to where he was going. He was such an aggressive and careless driver that he broke his side mirror. It was terrible terrible terrible. Don't waste your money people.
We rented the Mercedes Benz Sprinter van #21 for a concert at Gillette Stadium. Sofia answerd all of our questions and concerns and made it a very smooth transaction. There were eight adults in our party and they helped us select the proper vehicle of us and a whole slew of items we were bringing for our tailgate. The van was spotless with more than enough room for all of us and our items. Our driver Mike was fantastic!! He was prompt extremely helpful with loading and unloading the van. He saved us a quiet a bit of money in assisting us in lot selection for parking. We had a charcoal grill that needed to cool so we were going to let it sit while we went into the show. To our surprise upon our return Mike had emptied it cleaned it and packed it for us. He really made it an over the top experience for us and we would really like to thank Mike and Michael's Limousine for a safe and enjoyable day!
