I love this store! I do not get over there too often as I live in Springfield, but they always have some good bargains, a great bakery and LOVE the break. I asked for a specific item one time and it was on the shelf the next week. Their produce is fresh and the produce person takes really good care of the department, it is clean, and perfectly stocked! Great store!
Best hot food bar around if you want a non fast food option but still want good food to grab and walk away with. Prices on groceries are a little higher than other stores, but the staff is great and the store is always clean.
As a former manager, I know the importance of keeping customers happy and ensuring they feel listened to, and also happy so that they come back to my store. This manager offered no compensation (maybe in the form of a gift card) knowing that I needed to go out and purchase restaurant salads for 14 people. Not being able to make a salad on your own is really expensive, and their poor produce is the reason. Their store is far more expensive than others, so I'd think that would be motivation enough to keep their customers content with going there.
While I haven't been here often enough to properly review it, it seems expensive.

I just emailed the store manager yesterday (in the Agawam store) about a really bad experience with produce. The lettuce was brown and LITERALLY molding. The romaine lettuce was dripping with brown...slime? I don't know WHAT it was. I even sent him pictures. His solution to my issue was that I ask for produce from the back from now on.
I like the idea of shopping in a local grocery store but their daily prices are a bit high — I will only typically shop the sales and then I would give it 4stars. The employees are all very friendly, I am thankful to have personable cashiers and grocery baggers.
