We worked with Lindsey and Kathy to sell our home in Westfield. The experience was a complete nightmare. Thank God we only signed an agreement for them to sell our house so they fortunately did not represent us in buying our new home. All they care about is getting there commission check. The second they need a document signed they will hound you all day but if you have any questions for them plan on not getting a response for hours, some times even the next day. We started to use them to purchase a home but when we wanted to go look at a house we would receive a text saying they weren't available that day. This resulted in other offers being put in before we could even set up a time to view the property. If you are using an FHA loan find a different realtor, they have very little knowledge of what would pass an FHA appraisal. Our house sold and money was held up in escrow because of a broken appliance, we did not hear a word from our realtors regarding the questions we had about this situation. Once they received that commission check our emails and texts went unanswered. I very rarely leave anyone bad reviews but if this post can save even one person from the nightmare we went through while working with these agents then I'm glad I took the time to share my experience.
