We had Dreyer install a utility (mop) sink in our basement several months ago. It is still functional and we use it regularly. We had used Dreyer before for a few other jobs (new toilet, cleaning HW-on-demand box, etc.) and found their work to be expensive but acceptable.
Have dealt with Dreyer a couple times now and have nothing but positive to say. Very responsive and professional in meeting our needs. Will absolutely use them again in the future.
We had a great experience using Dreyer Plumbing and Heating. The workers were very friendly and polite, and extremely professional. The owner himself checked in daily on the job and at times came twice a day. I highly recommend Dreyer Plumbing and Heating and would absolutely refer them to any family member or friend.
We purchased the utility sink and faucet through Dreyer. They had priced it at $250 - not too bad. Unfortunately, I had neglected to ask them for an estimate on labor before the install. It appeared that the plumber came unprepared to do the job as a lot of time was spent getting special parts from the truck. Also, he cut the faucet in off-center (he apologized for doing that) and he left a pipe hanging directly over the sink (inconvenient hazard). It took him more than 2 hours to put it in.
Fair, Professional, and Great Service- these are only a few words I would use to describe my experience with Dreyer Plumbing and Heating! They put in an on-demand water heater in my home and I absolutely LOVE how it works. Their pricing was very competitive, their knowledge of the product was astounding, and their customer service was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Dreyer Plumbing and Heating to anyone who wants to get the job done right!
He left and said that I would get a bill in the mail. They charged me $450 for labor and $185 for extra materials. Our total bill was for $885. I enclosed a letter of complaint with the payment that I sent back. They did not respond.
made a call for service was all set and they the decided they didn't want the job due to the area.which is fine ---..guess plumbers are snobby now too or just a snarky receptionist!
