This Dominos is the best one around. My food is always piping hot and always correct (no matter how weird my toppings are). The delivery drivers are always friendly, and my order is NEVER missing anything. One time the driver forgot my two liter and made a second trip back with it and wouldn't let me tip him again! He even caught my cat trying to escape!!
absolutely excellent experience each and every time. whether pick up or delivery the staff and owner are spot on! I would recommend you give them a shot!! you wont be disappointed!
The photos I'm uploading are from two separate orders, delivered by two different drivers. The pizza was cold and the cheese was clearly stuck to the box. Pizza was so greasy, the grease seeped through the box onto the table. Other pizza places usually put something in the middle of the pizza to make sure the box lid doesn't come down, and also put the pizza on wax paper or another piece of cardboard to catch the grease, I'd look into this. As for my pizza temperature, this Domino's shouldn't be allowed to deliver to West Springfield. That sandwich was OK, despite the fact that it wasn't cut remotely evenly and there was just as much sauce inside my sandwich as on the outside. Since it was cut like that I probably lost a good 15% of my sandwich lol but it's okay, I wasn't too hungry that day anyway. One of the drivers, kid with dark curly hair, I think he drives a Subaru wagon, was kinda rude/dismissive, almost like he was upset that I ordered food in the first place lol. I tipped him $6 on a $12 order, whatever. At least both orders came made correctly, which is a problem I've experienced at other Domino's locations. TIP TO READERS: Order here if nothing else is open and you have no way of getting to Cumberland Farms for a pizza, that's why I ordered from here.

Their pizza has gotten a lot better. They are much better than they used to be since they moved into their new spot. Delivery is fast and efficient. I also enjoy watching the pizza tracker which gives me an accurate idea of when they are coming. Last time I was in the store the help was very friendly and they tried to make sure I was taken care of. I would absolutely keep ordering here and look forward to my free pizza after my fifth purchase.
