The hair and makeup team came to our hotel to do hair and makeup for an entire bridal party and let me tell you it was nothing short of amazing. The girls were efficient and very talented! I am beyond impressed! The bride (my best friend) looks absolutely gorgeous, her beautiful looks enhanced by their skills. I would recommend them to everyone I know
My daughter is autistic and has trouble going to the hair salon to get her hair cut. I brought her to Salon Tres Chic today and Justine cut her hair. Wow! Just all around amazing! Justine took the time to ask my daughter how she would like her hair and what she would like to do with it. Great all around atmosphere here. Super friendly! Definitely will be going back!!!!
I have been a customer at Salon Tres Chic and Day Spa in Agawam, MA for over 15 years. Throughout those years, I have witnessed several changes: an increase in square footage, updated work stations, new stylists, different paint colors, but one thing that never changes is the feeling I get when I walk into the salon. I feel like I’ve arrived at a friend’s home. Every employee knows all the customers’ names, not just their own clients’ names, and they welcome you with sincerity. There is a collaborative relationship amongst the stylists at Salon Tres Chic that I have never observed at any other salon. The stylists can often be seen discussing color formulas in order to achieve the exact look for which the client is asking, sweeping each other’s stations, or helping out at the desk if needed. The ownership & management team of Mary Ann Zicolella and Christina Radcliffe encourages and provides training and continuing education for the staff so that the stylists are proficient in the latest beauty trends. My husband, children and I are all clients of Master Stylist, Lindsey Roy; however, due to reasons such as illness, vacation time, scheduling conflicts, we have had several different stylists provide our services and we have always been satisfied. We know that because of the teamwork and training at Salon Tres Chic, we can trust every stylist on the floor to deliver the look each of us is seeking. Over the years, I have referred several people to Lindsey Roy as well as other stylists, and every one of them has become a loyal customer. Even my nephew, who is only here twice a year from California, comes in to the salon to get his haircut by Megan Shepard. Absolutely amazed with my experience at this salon. I'm 18 and went alone and I was a little nervous walking in because I did not know what to expect. The building was extremely convenient and easy to find and from the second I walked in the door I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I was extremely worried going in about my spray tan because I'm very light skinned and didn't want to look orange on Prom night. Everyone was super reassuring and Christina talked me through every little detail beforehand. Diane did my nails which turned out better than i could have asked for and I also had my eyebrows waxed for the first time. The entire experience was very very pleasant and I do not plan on going anywhere else for any of these services again.
My girlfriend loves this place. She doesn't want anyone else to touch her hair.
