1) Helium balloon = deflating on day 2. Balloons generally last a month before looking like this.
2) "Trendy/Glass Vase" requested = received a cheap white basket with floral foam, paint is chipping off the basket and if water gets on it the flaking gets worse. Flowers never last very long in the foam so it's all wilted 2 days later (even with daily watering).
3) Requested no carnations in larger arrangement = carnations were included
After being gifted several arrangements over the last 3 years from this location I am disappointed at the lack of concern for the special requests regarding orders placed over the phone. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store. My issues are as follows:
4) Flowers in a bud vase = stems were cut so short that they didn't go past the narrow part of the vase. Makes it very hard to keep watered properly/water without having it overflow b/c you can't see water level
