I was unpleased with my service I received after bringing my truck here a few weeks back after posting a review about being unsatisfied the owner and his daughter actually reached out in attempts to solve any issues I had. After speaking with them and getting a better understanding of how things work I can definitely change up my review a little. I was extremely pleased with the effort they put in to right a wrong even if it wasn't so wrong on their part but more so because of my understanding of how used cars work. All in all I would like to say the Owners are stand up people, if you have a real problem that they caused they will rectify it in any way possible. May or may not have been a bit careless when approving the car I bought from them to be sold, but they did and will right what is done wrong.
Highly professional and respectful staff; great overall experience as soon as you walk in the door. As a former tech it is difficult for me to find a place I trust, and I have found it. Updated facility and equipment, can handle it all. Very satisfied and would highly recommend to everyone!
Front desk guys are awesome! Always quick, fair and honest service. Bought my car from their car shop also and on 8 years no major problems. Will keep on going back for sure!!
